Mental Health Awareness Week 2026
Supporting Resources Page
This page will be live from 30th April to 10th May 2026
Following our Webinar Campaign Briefing on 30th April 2025 (Watch the recording here from May 1st) , we have prepared a range of downloadable resources for you, some our own, some from national campaign leading organisations help plan and engage with the campaign. See information in the accordion table on this page to access each resource simply clicking to download.
PLEASE NOTE: WE NEED YOUR ACTIVITIES, CLICK TO SHARE: We are asking all providers, promoters, champions, organisations and groups to share any activities you have planned during the 11th -17th May campaign period. Even if you aren’t planning something specific, if you already have regular activities or events that contribute to better mental health, share them using this form and we will add to the campaign calendar we are producing.
WE NEED YOUR PLEDGES FOR THE CAMPAIGN TOO, CLICK TO SHARE: You can also use the same form, again, click here, to submit a campaign pledge, a small action you will take for yourself and for someone else to improve both of your mental wellbeing.
An alternative way to download faster, all files at once, and if you have access permission in your organisation for Google Drive, is by clicking here.
