TOFY Club is a volunteer-led charity group established in 2014. It was created by like-minded individuals to provide a welcoming space where older men can stay active, feel less isolated, be social, and engaged.
The group runs every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 9:45am-11:15am every week.
They offer a range of light to moderate physical activities, including table tennis, indoor carpet bowls, softball tennis, walking football, and walking basketball. For those who prefer a more relaxed pace, there are also dominoes and board games available.
Members looking for a more active workout can make use of our gym facilities, supported by a full-time professional sports instructor.
Beyond activities on-site, TOFY Club also organises social outings to places of interest, such as museums and heritage sites. They host regular quiz evenings at a local pub, as well as seasonal events like our Christmas party—providing plenty of opportunities to connect and have fun.
