Welcome to our beach based and inland Sauna and Cold Plunge Contrast Therapy service. Since 2024, we've brought the ancient tradition of Scandinavian-style sauna to the stunning, quieter sands of Marske-by-the-Sea and diffreent inland locatons with our mobile cold plunge, including Guisborough Forest and Wyke Lodges near Nunthorpe.

This is your invitation to experience a powerful blend of warmth, nature, and community right here on our beautiful coastline. We offer a professional public service, fully insured and even better, aim to make Sauna and Cold contrast therapy accessible to all. Every 1-hour session now includes a donation-based spot, designed to support those facing financial hardship. No questions asked, no difference in treatment—just book your place and enter what you can afford in the donation box during booking.

Our sessions are a celebration of community and well-being. Imagine this: the invigorating high of the wood-fired heat, the crackle of the fire, the steam rising from the hot rocks (Löyly), and the revitalizing dip in the North Sea. There's nothing quite like the feeling of the salty waves on your skin after a deep sweat, surrounded by the peaceful views of the beach.
