Connecting the people, ideas, and actions that

improve wellbeing across our communities.

Welcome to the South Tees Wellbeing Network!

We believe everyone should have what they need to live a happier and more fulfilling life.

To help make this happen, we’re bringing together the brilliant people who work in health, wellbeing and social care across Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland — both paid staff and volunteers.

We want to work as one team to listen, learn, and find better ways to help. By sharing ideas, tools and working on projects together, we can make our communities healthier and happier for everyone.

We CONNECT our members to each other, their services, their experience, wisdom and resources.

Become a member and receive updates on all things Wellbeing in South Tees via our monthly Wellbeing Newsletter - only the information you care about, personalised to you.

Share your Content

Through our online form, members can submit information to the Network to be distributed in a variety of ways, such as our monthly newsletter or a more direct call to action.

This is a great way for the network to find out about your work, events and more - To share anything with the Network for promotion, click here for our guidance and examples alongside the content submission form.
